THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE NAME
Meet the N.E. Walsh Team
Rusty Walsh, President
A graduate of Walsh Jesuit High School in 1972, Rusty went straight to work in his father's construction business. Starting as a laborer and working his way up to a bricklayer, he worked at various capacities within the company and he learned all facets of the construction business.
In the early 1980's Rusty moved into the office and began estimating and running various projects for the company. By the mid 80's he was named President of Walsh Construction and maintains the position to this day. Walsh Construction has completed various types of construction projects from home building, remodeling, commercial, renovations and new construction.
Rusty has always kept up with the requirements of his continuing education by attending Akron University at night for blueprint reading and estimating. He has also made investments in his continuing education with the fields of study of water losses, fire restoration, mold abatement and asbestos abatement.
